Recruitment

Recruiting is the Center piece of our core competency. We use a state-of-the-art Applicant tracking software that captures all the details of the conversation, interview rating, and prior job performance. A candidate prior to submission undergoes a lengthy technical evaluation by one of the leads from the technical panel, who are typically Software engineers with 10+ years of experience. Apart from the technical evaluation, candidates go through 2 rounds of discussion with the recruitment team to assure a logistical and professional fit for the position. We also enforce a Pre-interview agreement prior to a client interview. We educate and provide professional assistance to the candidate during the entire selection process and have the innate capability to identify problems early in the recruitment cycle.

Policies for candidate misrepresentation, process used:

  • If there is a misrepresentation we do not proceed with the candidate if he has misrepresented. We notify the client about the same if we find out about his information and provide a replacement.
  • Follow a stringent candidate screening process to source candidates that are the right fit for the role and projects.
  • The screening process involves telephonic interviews by the SME, Recruitment Manager, verifying professional and educational documents, background checks, skill test to verify candidate subject matter experience.
