Recruiting is the Center piece of our core competency. We use a state-of-the-art Applicant tracking software that captures all the details of the conversation, interview rating, and prior job performance. A candidate prior to submission undergoes a lengthy technical evaluation by one of the leads from the technical panel, who are typically Software engineers with 10+ years of experience. Apart from the technical evaluation, candidates go through 2 rounds of discussion with the recruitment team to assure a logistical and professional fit for the position. We also enforce a Pre-interview agreement prior to a client interview. We educate and provide professional assistance to the candidate during the entire selection process and have the innate capability to identify problems early in the recruitment cycle.
IT TECHBLAZERS’s Supplier Relationship team has an extensive qualification process to approve a supplier. Suppliers are met from time to time and evaluated based on a scorecard approach. We work only with companies that are able to deploy their W2 employees. Suppliers are qualified and put in different classifications based on skill set, geographic location, and ability to offer competitive rates.
